Petition for Family Members

There are five categories to obtain a green card through family based petition. Evidence must be established such as spouse to spouse, siblings, and parents. Below you can find a list of requirements:

• United States citizens filing for spouse and children (under the age of 21).
• United States citizen filing for children over the age of 21 (married or single).
• Green card holding spouse filing for husband or wife and children (under 21).
• Green card holding parents filing for their children over 21 (must be single, widowed, or divorced).
• Siblings filing for filing for one another.
